Relevant: Ultimately, information is only relevant to your consumer only if it is what they were looking for. Write content that your consumers are interested in reading or questions they are looking to get answered.
Stay on topic and deliver valuable information to your consumer that they may not find anywhere else. Look for trending topics, social properties in the same niche, or just ask your existing audience what they would like to know more about.
